Meeting began at 10:20
Members Present:

- The Board discussed the Real Estate Tax Abatement requests currently on file. The Board has 7 requests for abatement on file.
The Board has 90 days to process these requests. Chairman Ross recommends waiting until better weather to go out and review each request.
- The Board discussed the CAI Technologies MassGIS service. This service has no cost to the Board and will be automatically added to our software upon CAI receiving our authorization. Don will contact Patriot Properties to install.
- Old Business and New Business. The Board has a new state reviewer. His name is Joseph Barbieri. Mr. Barbieri has experience working with the small towns that we have here in Southern Berkshire County. He will visit the Assessors on Wednesday, February, 19th at 1:30.
In March Don Clawson will be attending a classification workshop which will review the revaluation process.
